377 - Thanks to the Internet, an archival document revealing the abuses of a dictator

The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation announced yesterday during the evening newscast, a document never made public and which was written a year after the departure from Haiti of the former dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier in February 1986 and that can be viewed on the Internet .

This report is authenticated by the former Haitian Minister of Justice, François St-Fleur. He described the fraud committed by his wife and son Duvalier which would amount to at least $ 120 million.

Originals of records that are reproduced are stored in the archives of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti by a certificate from the Governor of the institution.

Internet at its best!
